Your private memory,
in your pocket.

The moment worth remembering rarely happens at your desk. Notivo for iPhone is the five-second capture: open, type, @person, #topic, save. It lands in the same private memory as everything else.

Built for the hallway moment

Right after the 1:1, on the walk back from a meeting, in the elevator when you finally remember. Open the app, write one line the way you’d say it, and get back to your day.

Home opens with what’s worth noting, like the report you haven’t written about all quarter. And the same @people and #tags from the web work here, so every note files itself.

The Notivo Home screen on iPhone: “Good morning, Sarah — Private, just for you”, a Worth Noting list starting with “Your notes on ben are thin ahead of the review”, then Recent notes, and the Home / Notes / People / Settings tab bar.
One memory, every device

It all lands in the same place

A note from your iPhone joins the notes you typed on the web, sent over WhatsApp, or saved from a ChatGPT or Claude conversation. One timeline per person, in date order, ready for the next 1:1 or review.

Private on your phone, too

The iOS app follows the same model as the rest of Notivo: a manager’s private notebook, not a tracker of what people do. How we think about trust →

  • Home opens on “Private — just for you”, the app’s own line about who these notes are for.
  • Sign in and the iPhone reads your account’s own memory — the same notes, people and tags as the web.
The top of the Notivo Home screen on iPhone: “Good morning, Sarah” above a lock icon and the line “Private — just for you”.

Black Box notes are created on the web for now. @bb and #bb are not supported on iPhone yet — write those notes on the web.
