Free is the whole capture side of Notivo: notes with @people and #tags, per-person timelines, unlimited people, the iPhone app, WhatsApp, email, calendar and API capture, import, follow-ups, a 1:1 brief assembled from your own notes, the Black Box vault, full export — and saving straight from ChatGPT or Claude. Free holds up to 100 notes.

Pro is the half that reads your record back to you. Recap turns a week or a month of notes into a structured summary grouped by person. The 1:1 brief itself is free — open loops, wins, concerns, assembled from your own notes with nothing generated — and on Pro, Notivo writes it up: the agenda, the talking points and the questions to ask, or the same brief as a review draft. Pro also removes the 100-note cap, raises every capture allowance tenfold, and gives you 1,000,000 AI tokens a month. Every line it writes comes from notes you wrote — if your notes do not answer something, it says so rather than inventing it.

Nothing changes and nothing expires. Plus and Premium keep working exactly as they do today, at the price you already pay, and every AI feature listed under Pro is unlocked on both. The allowances are the difference: Plus runs on 100,000 AI tokens a month and 1,000 notes, Premium on 1,000,000 tokens and unlimited notes. There is nothing to migrate and nothing to re-buy.

Every new account is created with an AI budget of 100,000 tokens for its first 14 days, on the Free plan. Recap and 1:1 prep spend that budget, so you can see what Pro does before deciding. It lifts the budget only: your plan stays Free the whole time, nothing is charged, and nothing is switched off but the budget when the 14 days are up.

€15 a month, or €150 for a year — €30 less than twelve monthly payments, which is two months. It is the same Pro plan either way; only the cadence and the price change. Cancel whenever you like, with no lock-in: access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Every plan is private by default. Notivo is single-user by design: there is no shared workspace, no org admin, no HR console and no one above you who can open your notes. We never sell them and never train a model on them. Anything you mark @bb goes into the Black Box, sealed in your browser before it leaves your device and kept out of AI, search and email digests — on Free as well as Pro. Your own data export includes it, still encrypted, so guard that file.
